SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGER – ISS PARKING MANAGEMENT
Vie are looking for a bright and smart individual with energy to promote and sell our Parking Services. Successful candidate must be independent, hunter and hungry He or she must be able to analyze market situation and response to it positively. He or she must be able to conduct sales survey, sales presentation, pricing strategy, negotiation and closing tactics.

The Ideal candidate profile:

• Male/Female, Bachelor Degree in Accountant or Information Technology
• Age between 33 – 40 years old, with minimum 3 – 5 years experience as Sales & Account Manager. Preference will be given to those with experiences in parking services industry/Multinational Company
• A winning personality with a desire to gain successful career with the best emolument rewards
• Highly develop Interpersonal Skills for influencing change & accept challenges Commercial acumen for working in complex business environment
• Proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to write and make excellent English presentation
• Willing to mobile and work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
• Possess own transportation on car is preferred
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
• Target oriented and able to work independently.

OPERATIONS COMMANDER: SECURITY/ACCESS CONTROL (OC-SAC)
The candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong leadership & technical qualities as well as administrative expertise in the deployment of Security Guards, productivity improvements as well as motivated capabilities. Applicants should posses a strong capacity in the People Management, Human Resources Management and or Training Management with ample knowledge of computer applications, good interpersonal skills and training methodologies. Strong leadership & certified on K3 Umum (preferable). We are looking for persons who are versatile & adaptable, disciple & organized.

• SENIOR SUPERINTENDENTS: SECURITY/ACCESS CONTROL (Sr.SI-SAC)
• SUPERINTENDENTS: SECURITY /ACCESS CONTROL (SI-SAC)

Location; Jakarta or Surabaya

The candidates must be young & dynamic and must be able to demonstrate strong leadership with a strong character with capability to control large number of Security Guards deployed at various locations. Experience as Chief Security or Duty Manager of the four & or five star hotel chains will be preferred wish ample knowledge of People Management & implementation of Service Excellent. Strong leadership and certified on K3 Umum. We are looking for persons who are versatile & adaptable, discipline and organized.
