Sales Manager, Biopharmaceuticals
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and develop sales action plan to capture new account
- Accountable for orders, shipments, variables, gross profit for the territory and projection of business
- Work closely with finance for account receivables and credit management
- Source for new applications, local market trends (technological, economical, and environmental) and related business opportunities
- Liaise with legal counsels for contract reviews and non-disclosure agreements
Requirements:
- Degree in Bio-Engineering and/or Bio-Science related field with good track record in Bio-scientific, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience with direct and distribution channel management
- Good knowledge of API and Life Sciences processes
- Ability to conduct analytical and technical presentation
- Dynamic, resourceful and independent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to start work within short notice preferred
Sales Engineer, Fuels & Chemicals
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement country-specific sales action plans for the Thailand markets to achieve order, revenue and margin projections thru value-based solution selling
- Lead and manage sales strategy formulation and execution for key sales channel partners, key accounts, major projects and tenders submission and management
- Drive Total Fluid Management (TFM) customized solutions
- Manage and market opportunity pipeline and incoming project business
- Maintain detailed customer profiling database and provide business analysis
- Build good networking with decision makers in the Refinery, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemicals, Polymers markets
- Develop organic growth with both existing and new customers
- Involve in strategic planning and market segment management on new product requirements and application development
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Prior experience in selling advanced capital equipment used in the Oil & Gas, Petro-Chemical, Chemical industry
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of distributor and key account management experience through relationship building of accounts and technical support
- A result-driven individual with strong accountability towards business goals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player, service-minded, self-motivated
- Effective communicator in both Bahasa and English
