Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales team that consists of three Account Managers
  • Achieving sales target by close teamwork
  • Provide Demand Forecast Input
  • Ensure Compliance to Global business process

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales management preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
  • Strong experience in managing sales team in achieving sales target
  • Experienced in developing own team to improve skill and achievement
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Excellent stakeholder management both internal and external
  • Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position
