HEAD EKSPLORASI
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to controlling exploration activities such as drilling, mapping,etc
- Following the project schedule with optimizing the drilling equipments effectively
- Ensure to manage any problem that incurred during the exploration
- Evaluate the performance of the exploration team
- Evaluate results and make the pattern of existing geological
- Geological data, wellsite Geologist
- Responsible to drilling data processing
- Responsible to pattern coal, prospect area and pit control
Requirements :
- Male, age 23 – 35 years old
- Min S1 degree majoring in Technical Geology with GPA 2,75
- Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience in coal mining industry
- Good health, smart, good personality and hard worker
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking
- Ability in mining software (AutoCad, ArcView, ArcGis, mine scape, minex, JORC, surpac program)
- Able to work underpressure, work in team, and can be leader
- Location for Jakarta
SENIOR ACCOUNTING
Responsibilities :
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met, accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Prepare financial management reports
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
- Monitor and support taxation issues
- Develop and maintain financial data bases
- Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
- Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
Requirements :
- Male / Female, age max 30 years old
- Min S1 degree majoring in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Public Accountant firm, as auditor and manufacturing company as accounting.
- Understand about PSAK (Pedoman Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) especially IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standar)
- Having knowledge and experience of related computer applications
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking
- Able to work underpressure
- Placement in Jakarta
HEAVY EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to scheduling, maintenance and repair heavy equipment based on schedule
- Control budget and cost of maintenance planning program
- Responsible to develop and maintain the quality network of supplier
- Ability to equipment strategy development
Requirements :
- Male, age max 40 years old
- Min S1 degree majoring in Machine Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience (managerial level) in coal mining industry
- Experience in maintenance task identification, planning, scheduling, allocation and completion for mining equipment
- Having knowledge in heavy equipment technical and operation, fluid, and oil analysis
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure
- Having good negotiation, leadership skill, problem solving
- Placement in Central Kalimantan
