We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
1. Senior Specialist Business Development (775672)
- Have relevant degree in formal education.
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role in construction industry, experience with customer research management databases, relationship mapping, market segmentation and trade-off analysis experience is desirable, general knowledge in one or more of the following areas are desired: construction engineering or mining.
- Having good ability, good communication and interpersonal skill, analytical & problem solving. Process, dynamic and forward thinking in order to identify and analyst the market industry.
2. Senior Supervisor HSE (785021)
- Bachelor Degree in Safety background (OHS).
- Minimum 3 years experience in supervisor HSE role & experience in Construction Industry.
- Certified in OHS field, POP certificate from Indonesian Mining Department.
- Familiar with Government regulation relates safety, government and international safety standard (OHSAS 18001, SMK3, Kepmen 555) and their implementation.
General Qualification:
- Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
- Highly self-motivated and able to influence / motivate, coaching/mentoring skills, initiative and team player.
- Skill in computer literacy.
- Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, Initiative, team work, loyal, willing to work at job site & good moral character.
- Will be based at Jakarta (1) and Balikpapan (2).
