SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – SECURITY DIVISION

With an acknowledged reputation within its industry for Service Excellence and Deployment Excellence, our company is well focused with ambitious plans for rapid expansion within Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan and Balikpapan.

This new position has been created to strengthen the Executive Management Team and reduce the Chief Executive Officer’s involvement in day-to-day management.

With primary operational and business development responsibility and secondary divisional functions including human resources, emphasis will be on further enhancing operational procedures and controls to maximize performance and implementing new strategy to capitalize on business potential.

Applicants must have strong conceptual and communication skills, drive, determination and credibility to influence at all levels. A proven track record of success in the hands-on operational management of running a division is essential. Strong general management track record with hands-on business ‘all rounder’ will be a plus. An energetic Operational Director from a rapidly expanding niche markets such as distribution, retailers, service industry or military operations would be of particular interest.
