Head of Operations
Responsibility
- To plan, direct and control the Production, Engineering, Reliability, Distribution (including Customer Engineering, Customer Service, & Supply Chain) and SHEQ within Linde Indonesia.
- Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production assets and distribution in Linde Indonesia in meeting customer requirements. Responsible for implementing best operating practices, standards, processes and specifications across these areas.
- Implement Operational and Distribution strategies to ensure the business delivers the Product Service Offerings in full and on time.
- As a key member of the Indonesia Leadership team, need to drive Operations and Distribution strategies to meet the agreed in-country priorities.
- To develop a high performance team.
Requirements
- At least 8-10 years in a related industrial environment, including experience in safety management and maintenance system in management capacity.
- Bachelor or Master Degree with similar experience in industrial gases or petroleum.
- Good grasp of and ability to apply production management, supply chain and distribution concepts and techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Change and conflict management capabilities.
Area Sales Manager – Kalimantan
Responsibility
- Leads and manages the Balikpapan based team to achieve sales and profit target as well as providing best in class branch operational efficiency and cost effectiveness for the Bulk & Package Gas business in the Kalimantan area.
- Identify Bulk & Package Gas prospective markets and opportunities.
- Supports the Head of Sales in developing and delivering strategies for the product segments markets within the region.
- Assists the strategic leadership in the Bulk and Package Gas market segment and is proactively involved in the resource/capex allocation, budgeting and target setting for the business
- Manages business in a safe, cost-effective and collaborative in-country work environment.
- Delivers new business opportunities as per strategy and annual plan.
Requirement
- Typically minimal 3.5 years or more experience in Sales, Business Planning and/or Operations in a multinational organization.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or degree level, preferably with some demonstrable academic achievement.
- Proven track record in the delivery of sales targets
- Experience and knowledge of industrial products and market in Kalimantan area.
- Capability for cylinder operational.
- Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, conflict resolution).
- Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive. Deep understanding of business to business product marketing.
- Latest marketing and sales instruments knowledge in order to drive innovation. Language skills: Fluent in English.
Tonnage Production Manager
Responsibility
- To plan, direct and control Tonnage plant production of Linde Indonesia
- To ensure that production achieves the required output within agreed specific cost and efficiency targets that meet with the company’s objectives Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production assets in Linde Indonesia in meeting customer requirements.
- Responsible for implementing best operating practices, standards, processes and specifications across this area
Requirement
- 5-8 years in a related industrial environment to include experience of safety management and maintenance systems in a management capacity
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering with similar experience in industrial gases or petroleum
- Good grasp of and ability to apply production management, supply chain and distribution concepts and techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa
- Able to demonstrate engineering capability Flexibility in using different approaches to influence behaviors from staff at various levels.
SHEQ Engineer
Responsibility
- To work closely and support the project management team in SHEQ implementation and execution of the requirements.
- Develop and regularly update quality, safety, and health management plan.
- Ensure that the working procedures, defined safety measures and needs identified in safety and health plan are being implemented correctly.
- Prepare and deliver quality, safety, health and environmental training programs as required.
- Conduct and document regular safety and quality audits and/or inspections, follow up on corrective actions
- Monitoring and reporting of SHE/HSE performance.
- Manage incident investigation processes.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years experience as a SHEQ Engineer in petroleum, petrochemical or industrial process.
- Must complete any training class that is required by local laws and regulation
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environments to produce quality results.
- Skill in effectively communicating purpose and benefit of SHEQ program
- Ability to identify SHEQ issues (e.g. hazards, risks) associated with construction and commissioning environment.
- High level of enthusiasm and personal integrity.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14000, K3
