Sustainable Manufacturing Performance (SMP) Specialist
Applicants should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Graduate Degree in Management, MBA and/or additional industry experience (especially footwear, sporting goods or apparel manufacturing) will be an advantage
- Solid experience on organizational analysis and HRM system setup
- Knowledge on Indonesia labor laws and Human Resource Procedures
- Excellent English, oral and written communication skills as well as competence in using computer software programs
- Excellent organizational skill and ability to work with little supervision
