We are looking for eligible candidate to join our growing multinational company in below position:
Safety, Security, Health & Environment (SSHE) Specialist
Reporting directly to General Affairs Manager, SSHE Specialist supervises all SSHE activities in the field area to safeguard personnel and equipment. The jobholder monitors and ensures adherence to all SSHE rules and regulations on site, promotes the protection of the environment, conducts safety, security, health, and environment (SSHE) training, and SSHE drills as directed by the Management to ensure that SSHE KPI and standard requirements (ISO 14001 and PTTEP SSHE Standard) are met.
Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor and supervise SSHE practice in all site activities to be in accordance with PTTEP SSHE standard, Indonesian government standard and ISO 14001 requirements. Coordinate with contractors and all concerned parties for SSHE practices.
- Ensure to participate fire drill conducted by Building Management,
- Participate actively with oil spill exercises conducted by government institutions ( Ditjen MIGAS, ex-BPMIGAS, Ditjen Sea Transportation, etc ) or PSC”s consortium at PTTEP’s field /operation. and also documentation support needed.
- Perform monthly office and site inspection, Perform monthly alcohol and drug test to PTTEP staff, contractors, and drivers.
- Prepare SSHE presentation, conduct monthly SSHE meeting and complete MoM.
- Report SSHE performance and activities in SSHE meeting as PTTEP representative.
- Act as an Emergency Response team member, coordinate and response to SSHE practice when emergency occurs.
- Cooperate with SSHE Head Office in SSHE activities, promotion and auditing.
- Conduct SSHE induction for new PTTEP staff and contractors for SSHE rules & regulations and required practices.
- Be responsible for all site security system; random check guard touring system; and monitor guards performance.
- Perform periodic chemical exposure monitoring in work place area, corrosion monitoring to indirect fire heater, garbage/waste disposal monitoring and API water sampling.
- Perform Safety Observation Card promotion and monitoring, apply STOP WORK policy.
- Plan and organize SSHE training course for all staff.
- Response to community SSHE complaint, issue WIRS, and coordinate with concern department to solve problem.
- Check to ensure that all SSHE equipments and PPE are in good condition and ready to use. Perform periodic calibration to gas detector, Ph meter, alcohol test, and Gastec pump.
- Liaise with operation supervisor for incident/accident investigation.
- Communicate and make reports as needed to head office regarding SSHE matters. Harmonious networking with governmental institutions and others : Ditjen Migas, ex-BPMIGAS, KLH, Provincial and Regency Local Governments, Ditjen Sea Transportation, Local Navy, Local Police, NGOs, and Informal key leaders.
Senior Geologist
Perform geological works, ensuring quality and reliability of work in compliance with BPMIGAS, Company”s objectives and industrial standards with overall objectives to identify hydrocarbon potential and commercial prospects of the concession area. He/she will provide full support and responsibility regarding exploration geological activities in order to achieve the work obligations and commitments. As the project is in exploration phase, he/she needs to work closely and collaboratively with Geophysics Team, Drilling Team and key service functions i.e. work program & budget approval, procurement, etc. to coordinate required activities/services and to ensure that the exploration program is carried out efficiently with technical and cost effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities :
- As Senior Exploration Geologist in conducting the regional study on petroleum geology and exploration.
- Conduct geological integration from various geological studies, specialize in basin development and structural geology analysis, sequence stratigraphy, basin modelling, geochemical studies; stratigraphy studies including petrophysics in order to generate play concepts and prospect identifications.
- Perform various activities in geological exploration studies to develop a picture of play models, source rocks and reservoir distributions and characteristics.
- Compile and utilize G&G studies in order to provide/ improve sedimentary models and provide any possible upsides prospects/leads (stratigraphic and structural traps).
- Conduct prospect ranking by resource/reserve assessment and the technical recommendation on associated risks and uncertainties.
- Prepare and proceed work programs and budget of geological work, ensuring the technical and cost effectiveness and in line with BPMIGAS”s, the Asset’s and the Company’s goals and objectives.
- Perform all geological activities, ensuring that all geological works for Exploration areas are carried out efficiently, safely and timely according to approved work plan, budget and time scale.
- Guiding Junior staff for tender document preparation, strategy, evaluation and award contract in compliance with BPMIGAS / PTTEP procurement procedures and requirements.
- Assess, monitor, and negotiate with service companies, ensuring that appropriate contractors / services are selected on unprejudiced basis and contracts cover all required scope of work and protect Company’s interests.
- Improve, acquire and ensure the consistency and quality of geological technologies, procedures and methodologies for higher capabilities and standard.
- Coordinate and cooperate effectively with other disciplines to ensure viability and alignment on work programs and budget.
- Coordinate and participate actively in technical meeting/ presentations concerning work progress, interpretation results and related technical recommendations.
- Establish and maintain good relationship and ensure effective coordination and effective liaison with PTTEP Corporate, government authorities, partners and third parties on all matters mainly related to exploration and synergy with other Company/Operators/Partner to optimize costs and value.
- Assist Exploration Manager in coordinating with government authorities and partners on significant project operations and plans.
- Prepare and monitor AFE and work program and budget on significant geological project in compliance with Government Authorities/ PTTEP procedures and requirements.

- Professional knowledge and experience in Geophysics or Geology with minimum 10 years experience in the petroleum exploration industry.

Geologist

Senior Geophysicist
Perform geophysical works, ensuring quality and reliability of work in compliance with BPMIGAS, Company’s objectives and industrial standards with overall objectives to identify hydrocarbon potential and commercial prospects of the concession area. He/she will provide full support and responsibility regarding exploration geophysical activities in order to achieve the work obligations and commitments. As the project is in exploration phase, he/she needs to work closely and collaboratively with Geology Team, Drilling Team and key service functions i.e. work program & budget approval, procurement, etc. to coordinate required activities/services and to ensure that the exploration program is carried out efficiently with technical and cost effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
- As Senior Exploration Geophysicist in conducting hydrocarbon exploration and geophysical integration of various geophysical studies specialize in basin development and structural analysis, gravity-magnetics, seismic modeling and rock physic integrations, play and prospect identifications.
- Reviewing G&G data to identify areas for seismic re-processing, seismic acquisition and planning.
- 2D and 3D seismic interpretation, advance seismic attribute mapping to support prospect and lead identifications.
- Perform various activities in geophysical exploration to develop a picture of play models, source rocks and reservoir distributions and characteristics.
- Identify, assess and assure quality of all available data and recommend further processing and/or acquisitions as appropriate in order to identify petroleum system elements i.e. sources rock distribution, reservoir characterization /distribution to define play uncertainty, risk and volume.
- Compile and utilize G&G studies in order to provide/ improve sedimentary models and provide any possible upsides prospects/leads (stratigraphic and structural traps).

Receptionist (Temporary 4 months )
Receptionist is responsible for performing the Company’s reception and guest communication services i.e. operating the telephone switchboard, handling a welcome presentation and briefing on the Company published information such as the Company’s profile, performance, and business direction. The job holder ensures the security of the office entry permission and is required to report supervisor/manager in case of emergencies arising during office hours.
Key Accountabilities:
Telephone Operator:
- Operate the Company’s telephone switchboard including connecting incoming calls to various Company’s residents and answering the customers” inquiries providing general information about the Company.
- Provide general information to telephone users including keeping update all residents” numbers in the telephone directory.
- Receptionist:
- Welcome visitors when they arrive at PTTEP office with pleasant and friendly personality to ensure their positive first impression to the Company while following PTTEP”s house rules – the activities will also include:
- a) Contact/Inform the residents of their visitors/guests
- b) Provide advice to visitors/guests on appropriate channel/department to contact with
- c) Ensure that the visitors register their names and wear visitor cards.
- d) Escort to GM/Department Manager as necessary.
- Maintain professional relationships with residents. Maintain residents” confidentiality. Be sensitive to cultures other than your own. Be respectful of all residents.
- Assist Finance Department for Invoice Registration Process.
- Arrange and ensure the facilities in meeting rooms.
- Ensure safety of the visitors in case of emergency. Follow the company’s SSHE policies and regulations in all work under responsibility.
