Steam Reformer (CODE: SRE/X/08)
Responsibilities:
– To add steam to natural gas.
– To pass the mixed Gas through the Catalyst with elevated temperature.
– To make reformed gas.
– Construct the Steam Reformer.
– Install Steel Structure, Blower, Heat Exchanger, etc.
Specifications:
– Knowledge in Electrical & Instrumentation.
– NDT, Welding Work.
– Knowledge in Catalyst Filling.
– Radiant Casing.
– Combustion Air & Flue Gas Duct.
– Peep Door.
– Burner.
– Flue Gas Stack.
– Combustion Air Stack.
– Radiant Inlet & Cross Over Piping.
– Catalyst Tube.
– Hot Collector.
– Transfer Line.
– Convection Module.
– Air Pre heaters.
– Steam air Heater.
– ID/FD Fan, Motor, Steam Turbine.
– Ceramic Fiber Module.
– Castable.
