Tech Recruiter
PT Graha Karya Informasi is an IT consulting, we are hiring for Tech Recruiter position with the qualifications below:
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter or 1 solid year of experience as a Tech Recruiter
- Proficient in Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slides).
- Excellent sourcing & evaluation skills.
- Proven in building the talent pool for the Technology Team.
- Good interpersonal skills (English skills & stakeholder management).
- Good networking in Tech society.
- Able to work from office (Contract Based)
Scope of Work:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers and to define the specific technical needs and job descriptions for various tech roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, especially in the tech industry.
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and other networks.
- Build relationships with potential candidates for both current and future job openings.
- Conduct initial resume screening to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Organize interviews with hiring teams and assist in the technical evaluation of candidates.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring progress.
- Track and report recruitment metrics. Leverage recruitment data to optimize the hiring process and ensure continuous improvement.
