Our client, an international mining contractor with exploration projects in Kalimantan, needs:
1. Training Coordinator (Technical) for Mining Operations (code TRC:XII/08)
Requirements:
• S1 Engineering Degree;
• Experienced in > 6 years in Mining industry on site;
• Has proficient knowledge about the mining process, from feasibility studies to mining services (pit to port);
• Strong knowledge & hands on experienced on various field Heavy Equipment training and;
• Analytical & problem solver;
• Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project;
• Has experience at workshop for maintenance of Heavy Equipment & tools related to mining operations;
• Computer literate & Experienced in creating own module / syllabus for sustainable program;
• Good Leadership & communication skills to all levels;
• Good command in English both verbal & written;
• Willing to be based in Balikpapan & travel around our project sites in Kalimantan.
2. Geologist (code GEO:XII/08)
General Requirements:
• S1 Geology;
• Has 3 – 8 years field Geologist experience in Coal mining companies in Kalimantan;
• Knowledgeable geological software;
• Good leadership skills & computer literate;
• Good English comprehension, verbally & written.
