We are inviting applications from qualified, experienced, bright and dynamic individuals to join our growing Transaction Advisory, Business Advisory and TAX services teams.
General pre-requisite Minimum university degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Economics, HRM, Psychology, Engineering from reputable overseas and local universities, with minimum GPA of 3.00 or Credit/Distinction grades (for Senior Consultant and Junior Assistant position).
Fluency in English is mandatory both verbal and written. You should have strong analytical and structured thinking, proven experience in developing reports and exposures in actively contributing to our leading and managing teams. Having the ease with which to work effectively under pressure and to meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining Quality at all times. You should also have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people all levels professionally.
Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)
Our professional services include: Lead Advisory, Merger & Acquisition, Transaction Support and Due Diligence, Valuation and Business Modeling, Project Finance and PPP Advisory, and Corporate and Debt Restructuring.

- Senior Manager SM-TAS
- Manager MGR-TAS
- Senior Consultant SC-TAS
- Junior Assistant JA-TAS
Specific pre-requisite
SM-TAS and MGR-TAS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role/position in Big-4 Firms and/or in the financial services and capital market sector, such as: corporate finance consulting, corporate banking, investment bank & securities brokerage, private equity firms, hedge funds and managed funds.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, ASIA, CPA, CA and CMA, will be advantageous.
SC-TAS
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with the Big-4 Firms, Corporate Finance Consulting, and/or the financial services industry.
- Experience as Junior Auditor, Research Analyst, and/or completion of CFA level 1 or 2 examinations would be highly regarded.
