Admin & General

• Restaurant Manager, Banquet Supervisor
• Executive, Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chef (Asian), Sous Chef (Western), Cook II (Asian/Western)
• Pastry Chef, Pastry Soup, Pastry CDP, Chief Baker, Chief Steward.

Rooms Department

• Assistant Front Office Manager, Night Duty Manager, Front Desk Agent, Bell Boy.

Requirements:

• Male/female
• Diploma in Tourism preferred or relevant experience
• Have experience in the same field, minimum 3 years in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Pleasant and outgoing personality, service oriented, able to communicate in English both written and spoken
• Posses strong leadership (Dept head position)
• Able to work as a team and flexible working hours
