Reference: Bilingual in English and Indonesian with good technical knowledge in maintaining and updating the ongoing changes of the company’s website. The incumbent will manage the company’s website and ensure that all applicable standards such as HTML validity and proper link function are met. He/she will also be responsible in updating, maintaining, uploading, as well as removing content and assisting in the development of a new look and feel for the website. Additionally, the incumbent will also assist in the redevelopment and maintenance of the intranet and advise staffs and outside source on how to best optimize their content for online deployment.
Reporting: Solid line to the Director of PTG for disciplinary matters and to Assistant Site Manager (program, events, and achievement) and dotted line to the Site Manager for activities at the @america (events planning, marketing, and PR).
Education: Minimum BA/BS (S1) from a reputable university in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Skills Required:
- 3 years of working knowledge and experience in JOOMLA, HTML, CSS, and PHP
- 3 years of working knowledge and experience of the open source Linux/Unix operating system and its variant
- Knowledge and experience of C++ and Java
- 2 years of working knowledge and experience in using web development application such as Adobe Dreamweaver
- Excellent use of Photoshop and flash
Output, Value Added, or Results of Successful Job Performance:
- Control and check the website to ensure it is error free.
- Ensure the strictest level of security for the website to safeguard all confidential data
- Update and maintain the website’s content
- Daily website and database maintenance
- Keep track of the traffic coming into the site

- Keep track and provide the team with the result of website’s KPI
- Keep track and provide the team with the report of website’s traffic
Operational:
- Coordinate with staffs and outside sources on how to optimize the content for uploading purpose.
