Workshop Manager
Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation, and monitoring of workshop work programs and targets (deadlines, output, and quality) to support production targets and to improve machine productivity
- Direct, supervision of the Workshop Department including but not limited to:
- Supervision of daily activities
- Improving work flow and efficiency in the department
- Motivating, subordinates, communicating and implementing policies
- Coordination with relevant departments and providing support where needed
- Advise the President Director on all workshop related matters and give comprehensive recommendations for improvement and development
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering from a reputable university
- Mature, highly analytical, good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with at least 5 years relevant operational experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
- Knowledge able with international quality standards and procedures including ISO
- Preferably with exposure to or understanding of the printing & packaging industry
- Good command of English and computer literate
