We are looking for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, exciting and in changing environment to flit the following positions:
1. YARD COORDINATOR
- Runs and manages the yard operation
- Coordinates the Product Warehouse and external logistic delivery and hiring of trucks and barges)
Requirement:
Bachelor degree majoring in Engineering or Management with minimum 5 years experiences in handling yard facilities.
2. HSE SITE ANALYST
- Monitors and controls the systematic identifications, assessment and control of hazards, risk s and environmental aspect.
- Participates in the preparation on annual Healthy Safety Environment Improvement plans.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree majoring Engineering or environmental with min. 2 years experiences in similar position.
3. HR COMPENSATION & ORGANIZATION ANALYST
- Assists and updating organization grow, compensation and benefit concept, benchmarking market evolution.
- Analyze current HR planning and forecasting.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree majoring in Industrial Engineering and Management or Accounting with mm. 2 years experiences in the same area
4. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST
- Analyzes and evaluates the operation of machines and equipment in order to identify any variations that would help to determine the modifications in the machines and tools.
- Develops operating manuals based on the analysis and evaluation of information (cycle times, tool performance, operation, etc) in order to establish the equipments control parameters.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree majoring Engineering with 3-5 years experiences in process improvement area from Oil and Gas, Piping, Steel working, Fabrication industry
5. DOCUMENTS, INVOICING & FORWARDING ADM. COORDINATOR (Custom Expert)
- Organizes invoicing and ensures availability, of all documents relevant to the shipping and payment-collection processes (L/C, customs, etc.). Certifies and monitors land and sea transport costs.
- Supervises documentation issued by the Invoicing unit.
- Ensures the comprehensiveness of the requested (import and export) documentation/custom, to guarantee that lead times are considered.
- Defines the requirement of an electronic system for the issuing, shipping and filing of documentation.
- Manages, enhances and automates the certification and monitoring of land and sea transport costs.
- Monitors the outsourcing of customs lists management.
Requirement:
- Having strong understanding customs regulation and very excellent sound on the Bonded Zone and Free Trade Zone customs transaction.
- Having good personal communication and addressed properly problem and seek quick solution.
- Preferable having background in customs audit.
- Preferable holding customs license.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- All positions above will be placed in Cilegon
- Proficient in English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and strong leadership
